Assignment: follow a step-by-step setup of a local development environment and run a simple AI model related to Krispy’s technology

Session 1-2

Overview: Deep dive into the lifecycle of an AI project from conception to deployment. Lecture: "Lifecycle of an AI Model in Commerce" Hands-on Work Example: Walkthrough of Krispy's AI model development stages using a sample project. Assignment: Sketch out a flowchart of the AI deployment process at Krispy, identifying key stages and tools used.

Week 2

Session 2-1

Overview: Learn about the importance of data in training AI models, focusing on data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing. Lecture: "Data Engineering for AI Systems" Hands-on Work Example: Participate in the data preprocessing steps for a new AI feature. Assignment: Clean and prepare a dataset for training purposes, documenting the process.

Session 2-2

Overview: Understanding how AI models interface with front-end applications to create seamless user experiences. Lecture: "Integrating AI with Front-End Systems" Hands-on Work Example: Implement a connection between a simple AI model and a front-end chat interface. Assignment: Develop a basic front-end feature that utilizes the chatbot model to interact with users.

Week 3

Session 3-1

Overview: Introduction to building machine learning models tailored to conversational commerce. Lecture: "Building ML Models for Customer Engagement" Hands-on Work Example: Assist in the development of a machine learning model, including feature selection and model training. Assignment: Train a basic chatbot model using a prepared dataset and evaluate its performance.

Lecture: "Documenting AI Projects for Scalability" Hands-on Work Example: Collaborate on the documentation of an ongoing AI project. Assignment: Create a detailed project report summarizing the internship experience, focusing on the development and application of an AI model.
