Syllabus

Week 1

Session 1-1

You will be introduced to GENE1:1, gain an understanding of the personalized healthcare industry, and comprehend healthcare services rooted in microbiome analysis. Moreover, you will summarize the landscape of the personalized healthcare sector and assist in the creation of a macro map.

Session 1-2

You will analyze startups that focus on ecosystem metabolism and microbiome services, gain an understanding of metabolism and diseases, and comprehend the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Furthermore, you will share the analysis results from 'Team Fit' and formulate strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating a questionnaire titled 'Identifying My Microbiome Type'.

Week 2

Session 2-1

You will analyze the microbiome results (obesity, stress, irritable metabolic syndrome, constipation) and participate in the first ideation session for the new dietary plan based on microbiome data.

Session 2-2

You will be introduced to the "Jan-topea" service, receive an explanation about the dietary section with a deep dive into probiotics, and participate in the second ideation session for Jan-topea's new dietary plan, focusing on probiotics and their optimal combinations.

Week 3

Session 3-1

You will be introduced to Gene 1:1's proprietary rice mold base and start creating new recipes using the rice mold base.

Session 3-2

You will have additional F&B reference search session and come up with a set of recipes targeting specific user groups separated, for example, into gut-brain axis, gut-skin axis, gut-heart axis groups.

Week 4

Session 4-1

You will be thoroughly introduced to the guide for Gene 1:1's new recipe development process and try a demo recipe together.

Session 4-2

You will present newly created recipes to the team and the CEO and receive feedbacks on possible enhancements.
